I think this article is useful and potentially interesting to a student of psychology, or a professional unfamiliar with the disorder, but I don't recommend it for the average person looking for either diagnostic or treatment suggestions. There is only minimal discussion of symptoms, and the discussion of treatment methods is rather not geared towards patients or caregivers (although a caregiver might find it somewhat useful in that it set out the major options with regards to medication, hospitalization and therapy). It is an overview of treatment methods--for a real understanding of the options further reading would be necessary.
