A good idea for a site that would be improved with a bit of explanation about what each of these different facilities/care options can do for you. Also, if there are no services withing x miles of you, I think the search tool should identify the next closest option. For example, if you type "suicide" as a keyword and see no options, you may not be in the best frame of mind to try to figure out the bells and whistles of the search engine - you really just want to see your next available choice.
