These are excellent suggestions. Working from home is also one of the greatest things for allowing someone to balance career and care. Also, communicate with your bosses. Tell them everything. Don't live a life with secrets, especially if you are remote. People have to know what you're doing, and where you are in your life so they can assign you the right amount of work and make sure you are successful. If you reach a breaking point, you will start making stupid mistakes at work, and then your boss will find out that some stress you didn't tell them about exists, and that is NEVER a good thing. Honesty is always the best policy.
