Cool little steps to help grow and overcome stress. They are very basic and would be pretty easy to follow.

Practical tips for living. Like any condensed advice, at first blush, it seems simplistic. On the other hand, it's useful to print out and read if you're going through a rough patch. Take homes - seek out friends, take things one day at a time, do positive things and don't beat yourself up. It may sound like a no brainer, but sometimes you really have to remind yourself to do this. A useful feature of this Web site - a link to help you find a psychologist in your local area.

A nice simple breakdown about fostering your resilience. Of course it's easier said than done and may seem overly simplistic. But it's a good list that will hopefully be encouraging and motivating to people.

These are excellent suggestions. If there is no family support system the caretaker has to get creative in developing a support system among friends. And you can't be overwhelmed by any problem. You have to detach, see what the problem is, consult with the doctors, and develop a solution, and then take over implementing that.
