Hmm, don't worry about things you can't control, such as the weather. The person who wrote this does not live in a rural environment where if the weather reaches below 32 degrees for more than 4 hours, a $1 million peach crop is lost. The weather is a huge factor in ruling how we live our lives, because it controls what kind of energy you have to use to stay healthy -- heating oil in the Northeast, electricity and gas in the South, etc. Although you can't control it, you have to learn how to predict it with a certain amount of accuracy if you need to support yourself by growing things -- like vegetables in a garden to feed your family -- in a rural environment. :-) I say control stress by listing the things you need to control by percentage, and then work to reach those goals.
