If you are wondering how well you cope with stress this 45 question test is an excellent self help tool. The only downside is it might take 20-25 minutes to take the test, but in my opinion well worth the time spent.
This stress test asked excellent questions. The ability to deal with change, the ability to ask for help, the ability to take breaks, have fun, and laugh. Dealing with change, communicating with people as to what's going on, asking for help when you need it, finding your own stress-coping tools such as baths for me, these are essential ways of dealing with the balance of work and life that you need to be a successful human being. Great test. My score was 71.
